The Marathon - Part 3

Still feelin' good

See.Hi Mom! Okay.....anytime now.....take the picture! Two of my main supporters.Listen buddy. They're cheering for ME. Put your hand down.Okay. Feelin' the burn. Definitely feelin' the burn.Uh. Kill me now.No, really.Hey, at least I'm ahead of the guy in the kilt.Oh. Well, I WAS ahead of the guy in the kilt.Nope. Not sure what's goin' on with my face there. I was probably sad about the guy in the kilt.Okay, apparently after one runs a marathon, she can't just have a normal face. You only WISH you could make a face like this.Ok. Seriously? I mean, seriously? We can't have ONE normal-faced post race picture?
That will work. Check out this hilarious poster Cami & her roommate April made. P.S. I did not pee my pants. I did, however, make good use of several of the port-a-potties. Too much information? Too bad.Rikki & I LOVE getting our picture taken. We LOVE it. Oh, and by the bathroom wall! Even better! We made it, Janille! We made it! Way to go us.Aaah. What a good one. I'm pretty sure he's more relieved that it's over than I am.Post-race chillin' with the famPost-race baby holdin'
THE END.

I am sooooo impressed! Those weren't bad pictures, they are the best ones. You know, usually while you are in mid-sentence, mid-blink, mid-smile or while stuffing your face. My daughter likes to take pictures of me and usually they are all pointing upwards, well since she's quite a bit shorter...apparently I have 3 chins! Who knew?

Well, it is about time you posted your marathon. I am so proud of you. I don't have the gumption to do something like that. The poster was great! Good support group. ( by the way I went private again send me your email address... treestevenson@yahoo.com)

I am so proud of you! I wish I could have been there to cheer you on, but I thought about you all day. I seriously am so amazed. Even if I could run that would not be something I would ever get through.

You can check out my blog at pandewintch. I don't know how I feel about all this technology, but I suppose, in the words of Kip, "I love technology"! (hope you like Napoleon) Anyway, seeing your face makes me miss ya. Hope all is great. Elisha

Annie, I don't know if you remember me, but Jen commented on your run on her blog, so I came to check it out. Your post "part 2" made me want to run a marathon, and I can't even run 2 miles without taking a walking break. I'm glad you are doing good. When I go to Jamba Juice, I remember you.

Hey Mike and Annie,

You may not remember me, but it's Amy Alleman from forever ago when I lived two doors down from Parker at Hillside. And Annie, I think the last time I saw you was at the BRHD where I was requesting a birth certificate. I love your blog! How I happened upon it? I cannot remember in the slightest. Annie, you are the bomb for running the marathon! That rocks! I hope to do another one, maybe.....hopefully.....probably not.

Our little fam has a blog, but we made it private earlier this year. If you'd like an invite you can e-mail me at amundsen3@hotmail.com. In the meantime, if it's ok, I'm adding you two to my side list.
