I was just going to leave a comment on your marathon post that was done just nearly a month ago. It went something like this.
Oh where Oh where has my annie gone Oh where oh Where could she be. You know the tune right? Well you should its that nursery rhyme about lambies. Okay well Its good to know you are still breathing although probably not very well with sinusitus issues. UGH, not fun. But I'm with Marlyce on the Neti Pot thing you should get one.
